Meet Carissa

Born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY at 27 years old I am lucky enough to have grown up in the Hudson Valley. There is nothing like living in New York during all four seasons. There are countless beautiful locations to take photos at in this area and I cannot wait to explore them all with my clients. I have always been very creative and tried so many different styles of art throughout the years such as attending the Culinary Institute of America for baking and pastry. When my goal of cake decorating came to an end, I turned to makeup and still to this day offer my makeup services to brides on their wedding days and for all types of photoshoots I book. The past year and a half I turned to photography when I realized I am that friend who takes 200 photos of you and I love to bring joy to others when they receive their photos. I am determined to have a career in something I truly enjoy and I am having the best time building my photography business.
